AI Receptionist 24/7 for Service Businesses
Milo answers your phone day and night, logs messages, and books appointments on the Full plan. Every call reaches you by text and email, in French and English.
No credit card required. You can also call Milo to hear him: +1 450 600-9090.
What an AI receptionist is
Milo is a voice assistant that answers in your place, 24 hours a day. It's not a voicemail box or a "press 1" menu: he holds a real conversation, understands the request and answers it.
He answers common questions (opening hours, address, services offered), checks your availability to book an appointment, and logs a message when the request goes beyond what he can handle alone.
Every call is sent to you by text and email with a summary, so you know what it's about before you call back.
How it works
You forward your number
Call forwarding set up in minutes, with a dedicated number included.
Milo answers live
He speaks French or English depending on the caller, books an appointment or logs the message.
You receive everything
Text and email after every call, with a clear summary. You call back if needed.
Who it's for
Any service business whose phone is a front door. The common thread: every missed call has a real value.
Independent plumber
You're on a job site, hands full. The missed call goes to a competitor.
Dental clinic
High volume of appointment bookings, often outside opening hours.
Auto shop
A customer looking for a quick quote won't wait indefinitely on a voicemail.
Hair salon
Bookings and schedule changes, even when your hands are busy.
Accountant
A well-captured first call is often the start of a new engagement.
Clinic (physio, vet)
Many short, repetitive calls Milo can take on for you.
The same customer, two months later
He called once in May. It's July and he's calling back. Here's what changes.
What happened underneath
Two months later, he still recognizes him
The opening stays the same for everyone, then the incoming number is matched to his record in your customer directory. No setup on your side: the record created itself on the first call, back in May, and it enriches itself with every conversation since. A preference mentioned, an allergy, an email given: it all gets noted on its own. And if Mr. Lavoie already had an upcoming reservation, Milo would see it ("I see your Thursday appointment, is it still on?").
The customer notices, and that matters
"Oh, you remember me!" is exactly the intended effect. That's the difference between a service that runs and a service where you feel known. A big chain doesn't offer that.
He didn't show off what he knew
Milo had access to his notes, but recited nothing: no "I see you came in for X." The customer leads, Milo follows. And anything that judges the customer (no-show, lateness, dispute) never comes up, ever.
He didn't invent an answer about the message
He couldn't know whether the owner had read the May message. He described the real mechanism and passed the question along. Milo would rather say "I'm forwarding this" than improvise a reassuring but false answer.

What Milo doesn't do
- He doesn't process payments. Anything involving money is settled by you.
- He doesn't confirm an order in your place. If you enable takeout order taking, he logs the items, the name and the pickup time, then submits the order to you: you confirm.
- He doesn't replace your judgment on a delicate case. An upset customer or an ambiguous emergency: he captures the information and passes it to you, you decide.
