An AI employee for your clinic

Physio, dental, veterinary, osteo: Milo books appointments on the phone, day and evening, and sends you every call summarized by text and email.

No credit card required. You can also call Milo to hear him: +1 450 600-9090.

What the AI employee does for you

A clinic gets a steady stream of short, repetitive calls: book an appointment, move it, check a time. Milo takes them on, one by one, while your team looks after the patients in the room.

Every appointment is logged with the reason for the visit (annual exam, lingering pain), so you know what to expect before the patient walks in.

The 8 pm calls no longer land in a voicemail: Milo answers, books the appointment or takes the message, and everything reaches you summarized by text and email.

How it works

1

You plug in Meerkly

Google listing connected and call forwarding to Milo, set up in minutes. You give him your hours, services and rules.

2

The employee works

He answers the phone in English and French, logs what matters, and drafts your Google review replies in your tone.

3

You stay in control

Every call reaches you by text and email with a summary. Every review reply waits for your approval. Every morning, a brief.

Days like yours

A clinic's phone is a full-time job. Milo takes the repetitive part of it.

🦷

Dental clinic

A constant volume of appointment bookings, often outside opening hours.

🐕

Veterinary clinic

The worried owner calls at night. Milo books the appointment and logs what's going on with the animal.

🏃

Physio / osteo

Back-to-back appointments all day: nobody free to answer between patients.

Phone call

One call, a Tuesday at 8:40 pm

The clinic is closed. The phone rings. Here's the whole call, word for word.

MiloHi, you've reached Rive-Nord Physio Clinic. How can I help you today?
PatientHi, I'd like to book a physio appointment.
MiloGood evening again, Ms. Ouellet! Happy to help. Is this a follow-up or something new?
PatientA follow-up. My shoulder is fine, but now it's my lower back, for about a week.
MiloNoted: lower back, about a week. I have Thursday at 2:30 pm or Friday at 9. Does either work for you?
PatientThursday is perfect. Also, should I put ice on it in the meantime?
MiloI'll leave that one to your physiotherapist, that's their field, not mine. I'm passing the question along with your appointment. You're confirmed for Thursday at 2:30, and your confirmation text is on its way.

What happened underneath

He recognized her before she said her name

Notice the opening: it's identical for everyone, Milo doesn't announce that he knows you. Only after her first sentence does the incoming number, matched to her customer record, let him greet her by name without making her repeat who she is.

He asked "follow-up or new?", not "have you been here before?"

Her history is on her record. So the opening question is sharper, and the patient doesn't feel like she's starting from scratch.

He never recited her file

Milo knew about the shoulder, but he didn't announce it: the patient brought it up herself. The business's notes exist to serve better, never to show off what the clinic knows about someone. A past no-show would never come up either.

He refused to give health advice

The ice question is a deliberate wall: no clinical advice, ever. He passes it to the physiotherapist along with the appointment, who arrives prepared.

What Milo doesn't do

  • He doesn't process payments. Anything involving money is settled by you.
  • He doesn't replace your judgment on a delicate case: he captures the information and passes it to you, you decide.
  • He gives no medical advice and does no clinical triage: he books the appointment, logs the reason for the visit and passes it on. An emergency stays an emergency: he directs people to the appropriate resources.
